directors conference call, with:

2. BILLS TO BE PAID:
Board approved payment of following bills:
-- Global Crossing: $14.50 from December conference call
-- Webmaster Noble Sprayberry: $50 for January retainer.
-- AP's Diana Heidgerd: $310.60. Includes $141 for cost to reissue
ticket for judge Scott Galloway (date change for when he is allowed to
fly to Dallas for March judging), plus $169.60 for judge Jim Ribble of
CNN Radio Network in Atlanta. Total: $310.60.
