Here is the updated review of the Dec. 10, 2009, Texas AP
Broadcasters board of directors conference call, with:

Board OK'd payment of the following bills:
-- Noble Sprayberry, Webmaster, December: $50
-- Global Crossing, for Nov. 19 conference call: $15.80.
-- AP's Diana Heidgerd: TOTAL $3,061.05. Reimbursement for $44 paid
(via her personal credit card) to Total Choice Hosting, annual fee for
maintenance of www.tapb.org Diana also submitting cost of nine
tickets/all on American Airlines, flights for judges for March 5-7
judging weekend in Dallas. One more judge pending, will buy ticket. AA
tickets (see below/individual costs): $3,017.05. ADD $44 for Total
Choice hosting, TAPB owes Diana total: $3,061.05.

3. JUDGES for March 5-7 contest weekend in Dallas:
The following have agreed to fly to Dallas the weekend of March 5-7
for 2010 TAPB contest judging. Also included is the discounted cost per
flight on American Airlines (group has a 5% discount) ^TV

4. RADIO/TV RULES:
The board approved the same basic categories as last year for the
2009-2010 TAPB contest.
-- The Best Online/Special Content will be expanded to include
Headliners Foundation competition. Details will be included with the
rules when they move on the wire in late December and are put on
www.tapb.org
-- The deadline to have entries postmarked or hand-delivered to the
Dallas AP office will be Monday, Feb. 1. Entry sorting, by board
members, will be Saturday, Feb. 13 at Dallas AP.
-- Rules for the TAPB scholarship and FOIFT/TAPB competition will
move on the wire in January.
-- The contest will again include a "TAPB Stimulus Package," meaning
for every 10 entries a station pays for, they get one additional entry
free. For example, enter 10, your 11th entry is free. Enter 25, you get
two additional entries free, for total of 27.
-- NOTE: Texas this year has had four "contest days," the fifth
contest day is pending and will be sometime during December. Advisories
will move that day on the wire.
The TAPB radio/TV contest rules will not move on the wire prior to
the fifth contest day of the year.
