2010 Scholarship Winners

Three students pursuing journalism careers will share $4,000 in scholarships awarded by the Texas Associated Press Broadcasters
Association.

TAPB has announced scholarships for Timothy Ray Honeycutt of Texas Tech, Randall Blake Williams of the University of Texas at Tyler and
Hayley Nelson of Southern Methodist University.

Honeycutt and Williams will each receive $1,500 scholarships. The TAPB board is awarding $1,000 to Nelson.

The TAPB convention and awards banquet will be Saturday, April 24, at the Headliners Club in Austin.

Judging critiques for 1st, 2nd and Honorable Mention winners in the 2010 Texas AP Broadcasters radio & TV contests are now available. Please e-mail Dallas AP's Diana Heidgerd to get the critiques e-mailed to you, or faxed to you (please include your fax number).

-- TV: Division 1, 2, 3 or 4
-- RADIO: Division A or B

Each division includes 20-25 sheets. Some judges had numerous comments on the winning entries, while others only listed the winners.
